AMT112: Aviation Electrical Theory and Application

This course introduces the principles and applications of aircraft electrical systems. Students study DC and AC theory, Ohm’s Law, magnetism, inductance, capacitance, and circuit behavior. Laboratory work includes using electrical test equipment to measure, analyze, and troubleshoot circuits in accordance with FAA safety and diagnostic standards. Emphasis is placed on technical accuracy, electrical safety, and developing foundational skills required for advanced aviation maintenance coursework.
