The Professional Bar Management Certificate prepares students to enter the workforce as bar managers, bar supervisors or beverage directors. This program provides the coursework to ensure bar managers/supervisors can diffuse any situation, supervise bar staff, ensure high profits, create a unique and pleasant ambiance for the bar or restaurant, and ensure customer safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
