This course is the continuing study of patient/client needs within an integrated framework. Focus is on the patient/client across the life span with chronic health problems. Emphasis is on the areas of rehabilitation, gerontology, mental health and community. Psychiatric, rehabilitation, medical-surgical and community-based agencies are utilized for the application of nursing knowledge and clinical skills.
