High School to College Transfer Articulation Agreements

Career Vocational Technical Education (CVTE/CTE)

Students enrolled in specific CVTE/CTE approved programs in both Chapter 74 and non-Chapter 74 high schools are eligible to earn college credit through Statewide Agreements as well as Independent Articulated Agreements. Articulated credits are posted on Cape Cod Community College transcripts for accepted students meeting all requirements. Information about the CVTE/CTE articulated credit agreements can be found on the CVTE | Cape Cod Community College webpage.

Statewide Articulation Agreements are 14 established agreements between all 15 Massachusetts Community Colleges and Chapter 74 approved Secondary Career/Vocational Technical High Schools and non-Chapter 74 High Schools with Chapter 74 programs included in any of the 14 agreements.  Cape Cod Community College honors 11 of the agreements. Information on the Chapter 74 Agreements is on the State Agreements website.

Local/Independent Articulation Agreements with state Chapter 74 Vocational Technical High Schools and non-Chapter 74 high schools follow similar requirements as the Statewide Agreements. Local Articulations include Chapter 74 programs not part of the Statewide Agreements, non-Chapter 74 programs with state and national recognition, programs unique to our region, and some pathways programs
